Introduce

The Da Nang Downtown commercial and entertainment complex is a mega urban-cultural-entertainment project in the heart of Da Nang, invested in and commenced by Sun Group in 2025. The project is envisioned to become a "sleepless entertainment district," contributing to the development of the night-time economy and elevating Da Nang's urban status to international standards.

Scale: The project has an area of approximately 76.9 hectares, total investment capital nearly 80,000 billion VND (~3 billion USD). The complex includes an iconic tower. 69 floors, 408 meters tall (tallest in Central Vietnam), shopping mall, 5-star hotel, entertainment area, theater. 4,000 seats, along with the pedestrian street system and night-time economy along the Han River.

Scope of deployment

Construction of reinforced concrete park infrastructure, drainage system, and the entire embankment.

Construction of bridges over the canal, phase 1 (Bridges No. 1, 2, and 7)
