Introducing Canada Logistics Warehouse, located in the expanded Le Minh Xuan Industrial Park, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. This is the second branch of the ECPVN warehouse rental chain. This is a large warehouse rental project in the southern region for domestic and international logistics companies.
Scope of DATA Cons deployment
The ECPVN logistics warehouse complex includes: – Warehouses I, II, and III – Ancillary facilities such as: Water tanks, guardhouse, garbage disposal, gates, fences, etc. Total project construction area: Over 73,031.50 m2. Currently, DATA Cons has completed all construction work for the ECPVN logistics warehouse project. The project has been inspected and officially put into operation in September 2023.
Requirements for industrial buildings
Industrial construction projects need to be organized in accordance with the production line, site layout, and operating conditions of the facility. Construction, structural, and mechanical and electrical components must be coordinated to control safety, quality, and minimize impact on production or operation.
